Millon Construction LLC was born from the desire to fulfill custom dreams for unique people throughout the Matanuska Susitna Valley. While working with various other builders throughout the valley, it became apparent that there was a lack of quality, affordable construction companies who would stand behind their workmanship and offer up superior products. Millon Construction is the result of years of experience and desire to fulfill those needs for the residents of the valley.
Will Millon, Owner
Will is the proud owner and operator of Millon Construction, LLC. Will comes from a long line of craftsmen and has a generational view of how a home should be built. With an intense desire to create quality builds that fit each individual's custom vision, Will believes every homeowner should be given the opportunity to build their dream.
Will navigates this crazy life with his beautiful wife, Joline and his side kick Paxton following in his footsteps. When he's not putting his blood, sweat and tears into his work, Will enjoys spending his spare moments with his family and friends and finding new adventures in this gorgeous world. Will views Millon Construction as more than just a job. It is a passion and purpose. He treats all of his employees like family and clients become life long friends.
Austin Kollander, Project Manager
Austin was born with a hammer in his hand and a toolbelt has always been his accessory of choice. He's been with Millon for the last 3 years and takes great pride and pleasure in his craft.
When Austin isn't using his masterful skills in carpentry, he can be found in the Alaskan wilderness on snow machines and on the water with his rod and reel in hand.
Austin finds great joy in turning piles of wood into people's homes and is an artist in his craft.
Matt Anderson, Foreman
Matt has been with Millon from the start and is one of Will's right hand men. Matt is also a family man who enjoys the outdoors and can often be found on a trail or stream with his wife and two kids when he's not scaling rooftops and rafters.
Matt chose to make construction his career from the first time sawdust made him sneeze. He attended trade school in North Dakota, specializing in building construction and worked for a number of years in commercial framing before moving to the great state of Alaska.
One of Matt's favorite aspects of working with Millon Construction is having the opportunity to work on an array of different projects and having the privilege of making customers' visions and dreams become a reality.
